Quincy police are seeking assistance to find a man wanted in a domestic violence incident last Wednesday. 49-year-old Avel Beltran Leon is wanted for felony harassment and a search on Friday at a property in the 500 block of I Street came up empty. That was Beltran Leon’s last known address. If you know were to find him call 9-1-1 or contact Quincy police at 509-762-1160.
