Fans of Moses Lake’s Surf ’n Slide Water Park will have to wait until next year to go there as city officials announced the park will not open this year. Under Governor Jay Inslee’s reopening plans Grant County would have to be in Phase 3 for the park to reopen and officials say the county is far away from moving to that phase. The Parks and Recreation Department has started the refund process for prepaid season pass holders and swimming lesson customers.
