A man taking a plea deal to federal child sex charges from an investigation into incidents in Moses Lake and the Tri-Cities area will be in jail for 14 years. According to the U.S. Attorney’s office Jesus Rodriguez of Kennewick will also serve 20 years of court supervision once out of jail. Investigators found Rodriguez contacted more than a dozen victims requesting they send photos and on at least two occasions met up with the victims for sex.
