More than 30 Columbia Fruit packing workers in East Wenatchee tested positive for COVID-19. Company officials say they learned of the first positive results June 25 and 29 then notified employees of the potential exposure, shut down the production line for deep cleaning and began contact tracing. The infected workers are in isolation and company officials say they will be allowed to come back after a 10-day isolation period and if they don’t have any further virus symptoms.
