Adams County Sheriff Dale Wagner publically thanked Board of Commisioners Chairman Roger Hartwig and Vice Chairman Terrance Thompson who voted in favor of new specialty positions of Corporal at the Sheriff Office. Wagner says not only will these specialty positions allow more flexibility and supervisory coverage they will also have a positive effect on scheduling and create a cost savings.Those assigned to these specialty positions will assist with supervision when Sergeants are not avaiable among other duties.
