Moses Lake Police issued nearly 100 tickets Wednesday during a four hour emphasis patrol. And that was just for seat belt violations and using electronic devices while driving. Close to 150 traffic stops were conducted during the West Broadway Avenue detail where a plainclothed officer spotted the violations and called out violations to waiting officers down the road. 5 people were taken into custody on various charges.
