Gov. Jay Inslee expands an order permitting all businesses to refuse service to customers who are not wearing face coverings. The order had first applied to Yakima County but it is now statewide. Customers who have an underlying medical condition that could be worsened by wearing a face mask will be exempt from the order. Inslee also ordered a two-week pause on all county requests to advance to a higher recovery phase.
