The Grant County Sheriff’s Office will not have to be concerned over veterinarian bills for K-9 Hawk. Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. announced Hawk is the recipient of a “Healthcare for K9 Heroes” medical insurance grant for 2020. The grants go to departments who raise money to support their K-9 unit, who have no more than three K-9s, and who have previously been awarded a vest through Vested Interest in K9s, Inc.
