A Grand Coulee woman is dead in a one-car crash on Tuesday north of Coulee Dam. Police say Maureen Horrobin was on Pendell Road near Crown Point Vista Road when she went off the roadway landing about 200 yards off the highway. Horrobin was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash investigation is continuing but police say it initially appears that excessive speed was a factor.
