A driver is facing charges from an accident on I-90 near Easton that resulted in two deaths. Police say David McFarland of Lynnwood was heading eastbound near exit 70 when he rear-ended a disabled car that was on the right shoulder. The car’s two occupants whose names were not released were pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation determined that McFarland was intoxicated and he is being charged with DUI and vehicular homicide.
