State Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler extends an emergency order directing all state regulated health insurers to adjust coverage during the COVID-19 pandemic. The original order was to expire Sunday but is now effective until August 16th. The order requires insurers to provide no-copay no-deductible telehealth coverage and all medically necessary diagnostic testing for flu and viral respiratory illnesses billed during a provider visit for COVID-19.
