A driver who hit a hole on the Vantage Bridge early Friday morning ended up calling a tow truck because the hit disabled his car. Police say it happened in the eastbound lanes of I-90 at milepost 136 near Huntzinger Road. Crews patched the hold and all lanes are to reopen today. Three holes were found on the bridge deck in January. The span was built in 1962 and was last refurbished in 1981.
