A 12-year-old boy suffered life-threatening injuries after his personal watercraft collided with a ski boat on the Columbia River near the Sunland Community. Police say it happened Sunday morning and the boy was struck by the ski boat’s propellor. He was first taken to Confluence Health in Wenatchee and later transferred to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. A 12-yar-old passenger on the watercraft had minor injuries. No one on the boat was hurt.
