Expect delays around Valley Road and Loop Drive in Moses Lake as crews are replacing a mile of water main. The work area is from Stratford Road to Paxson Drive and in addition to the new main hydrants, water services and connections to other water mains along the route will also be replaced. City officials say this work is in preparation of rebuilding Valley Road next year, This project is to be completed by the end of July.
