Moses Lake Police find a 16-year-old who had been kidnapped from San Antonio along with their kidnapper. Investigators received a tip that the suspect identified as Andres Hernandez was in the area and officers found hium Monday in the 1100 block of North Grape Drive. Hernandez was taken into custody without incident and the victim was located unharmed. The victim’s parents are en route to Moses Lake.
