A woman who’s previously stolen several cars and led officers on chases is back behind bars. Moses Lake Police say they stopped a driver at the intersection of West Broadway Avenue and South Ash Street and while they were detaining the driver and a passenger another passenger identified as Cassandra Ochoa jumped in driver’s seat and took off. A pursuit ended near Frontage Road where Ochoa crashed. She took plea deals on similar charges last July and in May of 2018.
