Othello High School’s class of 2020 will get to have a traditional commencement ceremony – but it will take a while for it to happen. Last month the district polled seniors on whether to hold an online ceremony now or wait for coronavirus restrictions to be lifted before holding a traditional ceremony. The tenative date is July 17 and they’re looking into honoring the request that it be a students-only ceremony.
