A man who’s been on the run in Kittitas County is apprehended on Sunday. Police say they found Jorge Alcantara-Gonzalez in the Teanaway area after getting a tip that he was seen inside a home. Officers surrounded the residence and coaxed Alcantara-Gonzalez out. He was wanted for the death of 41-year-old Ian Eckles of Kent who was reported missing on May 17. Investigators say Alcantara-Gonzalez may be connected to a number of home burglaries in the area.
