Governor Jay Inslee says he will not hesitate to roll back phases of reopening the state if the coronavirus case counts start to increase in a county. While Grant and Adams Counties remain in phase 2 there are 14 other counties now in phase 3 which among other things increases the size of group gatherings and raises restaurant capacity limits. Grant County has to meet three more key metrics before applying for Phase 3.
