Fireworks stands are popping up throughout Grant and Adams Counties in preparation for the first day of sales on Sunday. Stands are considered “essential businesses” under Phase 1 of Washington’s reopening plans because they are classified as curbside businesses. Stand employees are required to follow all COVID-19 regulations including wearing a mask and practice social distancing. Once sales begin they will continue through July 5.
