The body of a man from Western Washington who drowned in Moses Lake was recovered Monday. Police say 61-year-old Myong Kim was camping with a friend in the Moses Lake Sand Dunes when he went into the water Sunday evening but never resurfaced. Members of the Tri-Cities based Columbia Basin Dive Rescue found Kim who was not wearing a life jacket. Investigators say foul play is not suspected.
