Othello Police Chief Phil Schenck announced the two recipients of the department’s Scholarship. The first is Yoanna Espinoza who was a senior member of the police explorer program and the other is Shaya Parrish who was a student of the department’s criminal justice class. Last week Sgt. McFarlane surprised the winners with gift baskets to wish them luck on their future endeavors.
