The State Department of Health reports that Moses Lake has had the second-most reports of businesses violating Governor Inslee’s Stay Home, Stay Safe executive order. That ranking came from a list of complaints submitted to the department for the region that includes Grant, Chelan and Douglas Counties. Wenatchee topped the list while East Wenatchee came in third. Officials say these are only complaints and none of the businesses were confirmed to have opened.
