Inslee Orders COVID-19 Tests For Nursing Homes

Governor Jay Inslee ordered increased coronavirus testing at the state’s nursing homes and assisted living facilities. All workers and residents of nursing homes will need to be tested for COVID-19 by June 12, while testing at assisted living housing that have memory care residents needs to be completed by June 23. Inslee also ordered additional COVID-19 protections for farm and agricultural workers including face covering access and more hand washing stations.
