A man with a lengthy rap sheep inclduding 7 felony convictions is back behind bars after a raid at a Moses Lake apartment complex. The Moses Lake Regional Tactical Response Team aided Moses Lake officers in serving a warrant early Tuesday at the College Apartments where a gun reported stolen from Adams County was seized. Ryan R. Runnels is charged with possession of a stolen firearm, felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a short-barreled shotgun.
