Two men are charged in the death of a 20-year-old man near Ellensburg. Police say Raylin James and Joshua Gerald were apprehended in Pierce County for killing Leroy Scott. They are said to be active-duty military members from Joint Base Lewis-McChord. According to investigators the three men were at a party in Ellensburg on April 25 and Scott’s body was found in a creek along Smithson Road, about 10 miles north of Ellensburg.
