Adams County Commissioners and Sheriff Dale Wagner send letters to Olympia as part of the county’s application so it can move to Phase 2 of Governor Jay Inslee’s reopening plan. On Wednesday County Health Officer Alex Brzezny provided a written recommendation, indicating that the county is eligible and should apply for variance. It’s the second time the county requested a move to phase 2. Grant County was approved on Thursday to apply for the Phase 2 advancement.
