The property in Moses Lake that was being used as as a makeshift homeless shelter is once again vacant. Former contractor and landowner Mick Hansen made the former lumber mill on Marina Drive available after the city didn’t open a warming shelter this past winter. Hansen says he plans to redevelop the property into an RV park and marina which is expected to take two to three years.
