Soap Lake School District voters are so far choosing to reject a capital building improvements levy along with a replacement educations operations levy. The preliminary results show the capital levy turned down by 54 to 46 percent while the operation levy is rejected 52 to 48 percent. Both levies need simple majorities to pass. The district held an online parent’s meeting on Wednesday but the levy vote was not mentioned.
