A Grant County fugitive is captured in Othello on Monday by U.S. Marshals and the Adams County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Dale Wagner says they apprehended Timothy Riggins at a residence in the 600 block of Andes Road. He has been on the run since last November after posting bail in Grant County on armed robbery and possession of an explosive device charges. Authorities say Riggins has a lengthy criminal history.
