A flour producer in Royal City makes a 21-ton product donation to Second Harvest. Cascade Organic Flour CEO Justin Brown says the company donated the truckload of flour because they wanted to do something to rapidly respond to those in need. Second Harvest officials say they plan to quickly distribute the donation to various food banks across eastern Washington.
