Additional details are released into the attack of a 14-year-old girl last week in Ephrata. Police say the girl was walking in the 200 block of G St. NW when a man chased her then grabbed her and put his hand over her mouth. She screamed and that got the attention of neighbors which resulted in the man running away. The suspect is Hispanic around six feet tall with a what was described as a “scruffy” beard with some gray in it.
