The Columbia Basin Foundation receives a $56,000 donation from Microsoft to help local businesses, families, nonprofits and first responders in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak. The foundation started a COVID-19 Crisis Fund last month to serve the local community during this global healthcare crisis. A Microsoft spokesperson says this contribution is an extension of the company’s commitment to the communities in Grant County and its neighbors in this time of need.
