The Moses Lake Summer Explorer’s Day Camp received a $1,000 Walmart Community Grant. Each year the grant will provide money to replace play equipment and buy new arts and crafts supplies, Recreation Supervisor Carrie Hoiness says since Explorers is only in its third year they can use all the help they can get. The start date of this year’s camp is currently June 8 but that date may change.
