Moses Lake Police introduced the public to its newest K-9 last week. Jester is a 14-month old Belgian Malinois who will partner with officer Nick Stewart whose former partner K-9 Chief was forced into retirements from injuries suffered while on duty. Jester came from the same Iowa kennel as K-9 Rex. Once Stewart and Jester complete their training in June the two will be out on patrol.
