An Ephrata law firm is calling on the county to take action against Governor Jay Inslee’s Stay Home, Stay Safe executive order which the firm says is unconstitutional. Schultheis Tabler Wallace, PLLC issued a letter to Sheriff Tom Jones and all three county commissioners on Wednesday petitioning them to act on the order which shut down non-essential business statewide. Sheriffs in Franklin and Snohomish Counties announced they will not enforce Inslee’s order.
