Charges are brought against a Stevens County man in connection with a string of rapes in Grant County. Prosecutors say Timothy Hampton of Kettle Falls faces 12 counts of second-degree rape-domestic violence and one county of first-degree voyeurism. Hampton was the subject of a Stevens County drug investigation and a search of his home uncovered evidence of the sex crimes that happened between 2009 and 2013 at residences in Moses Lake.
