Governor Jay Inslee says that many of the the restrictions under his Stay Home, Stay Safe executive order may not be lifted by May 4, which is when his order is to end. Inslee gave an address on Tuesday where he said that while the coronavirus spread appears to be declining it will take several steps to get back to life beefore COVID-19, including having ample testing capacity.
