The “parking lot full” sign is out at the Grant County International airport after officials confirmed on Thursday there is no more room on the tarmac. Boeing has parked hundreds of the grounded 737 MAX planes in Moses Lake which has taken up 85 acres with 16 more acres being used to park aircraft owned by Delta Air Lines. There is unpaved space on the airport’s south end available but metal plates would be put down for the planes to park on.
