You still can’t go to the movies under Governor Inslee’s stay-at-home order but on Saturday you can get a bag of movie theater popcorn at no cost. It’s happening at Fairchild Cinemas on N. Block St. in Moses Lake from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The first bag of popcorn is free with additional bags available for $5 cash only with no change provided. It’s a drive-through-only event.
