Convicted Manslaughter Suspect Loses Appeal

The man found guilty in the 1991 death of a Moses Lake woman loses his appeal to the conviction. A jury found Arnulfo Romero Bravo guilty of manslaughter but not guilty of murder in the death of Barbara J. Kipp who was found dead in her home on South Adams Street by her roommate. Romero Bravo’s attorneys argued there was improper opinion testimony during trial and he was provided ineffective counsel.
