Grant County Commissioner are again petitioning Governor Jay Inslee to allow the restarting of home construction which was designated as non-essential under Inslee’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order. The commissioners brought up the renovation of Key Arena in Seattle as an example of a construction project that is considered essential. An Ephrata law firm sent a letter to the county commissioners and Sheriff Tom Jones saying Inslee’s order is unconstitutional.
