A Royal City man will serve a nearly five-year jail sentence for his plea deal to a 2019 drive-by shooting. Prosecutors say Reymundo J. Borjas pleaded guilty to drive-by shooting for opening fire on an occupied vehicle in the 900 block of Grape Drive in Moses Lake. No one in the car was injured. Borjas was apprehended at the Grant County Youth Services Center.
