Fraud charges are being brought against a former Moses Lake Lioness Club president. Police say an investigation that began last June determined the 41-year-old woman made $5,000 in fradulent charges on the club’s credit card. She had been with the club since 2011 but resigned last April. Club officials say the woman told them she did turn over receipts and said she would pay back the charges she made. As of now the woman remains at large.
