Attorney General Bob Ferguson and Secretary of State Kim Wyman issued a joint advisory regarding coronavirus scammers. Ferguson says his office is on the lookout for individuals preying on the generosity of others and asks that those encountering suspicious or fraudulent solicitations to file a complaint with his office. Wyman added that scammers pressure individuals to make a donation so take your time and ask the right questions to make sure they are a legitimate organization.
