The coronavirus outbreak is affecting the North Central Regional Library which closed all branches today and cancelled programs and events. The closure extends until April 24 and all book due dates are now extended until then. Grant PUD also announced there will be no late fees for residential and irrigigation customers along with commercial commercials in rate 2 and 7 as offices remain closed to the public. Officials say payments can be made online, by mail or at drop boxes.
