A Moses Lake man taking a plea deal to a 2018 vehicular homicide will be in jail for just over seven years. Prosecutors say Justin Derricott will also receive 18 months of supervised release for his guilty plea to killing Mitchell Franz who was the passenger in a car Derricott drover at a high speed before crashing on Road 9 Northeast near Road K Northwest.
