If you were thinking about going fishing as a way to pass time during the coronavirus outbreak the state department of fish and wildlife is changing your plans. As a result of Governor Inslee’s stay-at-home order DFW is banning recreational fishing and shellfishing from now through at least April 8. Law enforcement agencies are saying they will primarily serve as educators of Inslee’s order than enforcers of it.
