An oversized crane will be on C St. SW in Ephrata this Friday to install a piece of air-conditioning equipment from the roof of Grant PUD headquarters. C Street will be closed from Division Avenue to First Avenue SW. between 7:00 a.m. to noon while the cooling tower is installed. Detours will be posted. The same area was closed last month to remove the old equipment.
