A report of an ATV theft near Warden turns into a police pursuit with the suspect eventually apprehended. It happened early Thursday when Grant County Sheriff’s deputies went to the 21900 block of Road 3 Southeast and that’s where they found 20-year John Buehler who fled in a vehicle nearly hitting a deputy’s police cruiser in the process. Buehler headed onto Lind-Warden Road where he eventually crashed and was arrested. A felony eluding charge was filed.
